- We accept returns on items in NEW condition with original packaging and no alteration.
- You have 14 days from the time your order is successfully delivered to request a return/exchange.
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- We are not responsible for shipping costs associated with returns.
- There is a $2.95 restocking fee on all return/exchanges
Damaged or Defective on Arrival
- If a package arrives and the package is visibly damaged on the outside, inspect the contents before signing for the package. If no signature is required please take out your camera phone or a camera and take pictures of the damage. These photos will be used to help file a claim with the shipping company.
- If you do receive or sign for a package and you later notice later that a item is damaged or defective you have one business day to report this to our customer service team by email. We will send you a free shipping label to return the item, and we will replace it ASAP.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5-7 business days.
- We do not accept exchanges/returns on sale items.
